At Hair Bala, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality products with care.
This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made on www.hairbala.com.


1. Eligibility for Returns

All our products are meant for personal use and hygiene reasons; therefore, opened or used products cannot be returned.
However, you may request a return in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received a wrong product.

  • The product arrived leaking, broken, or with damaged packaging.

If any of the above situations occur, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return request.


2. Return Process

To request a return, please follow the steps below:

  2. Provide your order number, issue details, and clear photos or videos of the product.

  3. Our support team will review your case within 24–48 hours.

  4. Once approved, you’ll receive further instructions for pickup or shipping the product back to us.


3. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • If your order included a free gift or promotional item, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.


4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product has been used, opened, or tampered with.

  • The product is damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • The product was purchased during a sale, discount, or promotional offer (unless it was damaged or defective).


5. Exchange Policy

Currently, we only offer replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect products.
If a replacement product is available in stock, we will send it once the returned item is verified.
